Industrial Side Brushes

Brushtec manufactures a range of industrial side brushes to fit onto industrial floor cleaner machines.

These industrial side brushes are designed to pick up and sweep up any loose, fine dust, and warehouse litter without dispersing it into the air. Side brushes collect debris from around the sweeper and sweep it under the chassis to be collected by the vacuum assisted cylinder brush and into the hopper.

Our side brushes are manufactured using PBT and PA bristle mixtures, which are hard-wearing and do not damage any painted or ceramic surfaces. When working with OEM suppliers, we are able to incorporate any corporate colours into your brush design.

The injection moulded disks used in Brushtec industrial side brushes are made from a mixture of virgin and recycled polypropylene, which has a high impact resistance even when operating in low temperatures. The brush body is designed and manufactured so that each individual row of bristle is angled towards the floor, giving better support to the monofilaments which in turn provides a firmer sweeping action.
