AlgaeEdge™ is a robust, auto-adjusting weir brush system designed to keep weirs, baffles, effluent spillways and launders clean on water and wastewater clarifiers and thickeners, reducing manual cleaning and helping sites maintain consistent flow and performance.

Built from 304 stainless steel components and designed for long-term reliability, AlgaeEdge™ systems are engineered to operate year after year with minimal maintenance. In most installations, routine upkeep is limited to annual brush replacement and periodic checks.

Built to fit your tank and bridge

Each AlgaeEdge™ assembly is built to specification and mounted to the revolving bridge skimmer arms above the clarifier tank. The system is designed as a low-cost, simple auto-adjust solution that maintains consistent contact on the weir surfaces, even where there are minor deviations between the tank and launder weir walls.
