Injection Moulding

Through our injection moulding division Brushtec manufactures all of our own disks and tubes for our road sweeping brushware, vegetable brushes, zig-zag cylinder brushes, and disk brushes, allowing us to control the quality in-house and reduce supply chain costs and insecurity. 

Brushtec also moulds brush stocks for customers who are placing high volume orders, allowing them to keep the costs of production down and utilise our design expertise in creating their brush. These can range from simple lath brush type designs, to complex locking cylinder brushes for proprietary machinery.

Due to the costs involved injection moulding is only suitable for large and regular orders to accommodate the tooling costs. For prototyping brush backs we do have our own 3D printer, and smaller brush runs can usually be accommodated from one of our existing brush stocks.
